DefaultMail - Description
=========================
Windows XP's user interface does not provide you an option to set a per-user default email client. One setting affects
all users, machine-wide.
DefaultMail utility allows you implement a per-user default mail client, with respect to ALL of the following
three aspects:
1. A mailto: Uniform Resource Identifier (URI).
2. Programs that make Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) calls.
3. The Send Page by E-Mail command in Internet Explorer.
In Internet Explorer, the following menus use simple MAPI calls:
a. File/New/Message
b. File/Send/Page By E-mail
c. File/Send/Link By E-mail
